All fabrics, stuffing, zippers, webbing, and trims use child-safe, eco-friendly materials, certified to CE, EN71, and ASTM international standards, meeting export entry requirements for the US, EU, Middle East, and Southeast Asian markets. Raw materials are inspected upon arrival, with safety controlled from the source.

Fully standardized production process: automated cutting, precision sewing, measured stuffing, fine seam closing, and final shaping/finishing.

Plush toys: evenly and fully stuffed without clumping or sagging, neat stitching with clean thread ends, and secure embroidery resistant to unraveling or distortion.

Children's backpacks: all stress points are reinforced, edges are smooth and burr-free, linings lie flat and crisp, and the product resists pulling and skin abrasion for safe, durable use.

We enforce triple quality control — initial inspection, in-line inspection, and final inspection — checking each finished item individually for appearance, dimensions, and durability, with color-difference checks included. All shipments pass through metal detectors to eliminate broken needles and metal contaminants, and defective items are fully screened out, consistently meeting overseas inspection requirements.
